Heald’s commercial property team specialise in complex cases where we adopt a constructive and commercial approach to the transactions we are involved in.
Based in our Milton Keynes office the successful candidate will have between 5 and 8 years PQE commercial property experience. Everyone in the department works very closely together and with other departments and the successful candidate must be a team player.
We work with a wide range of good clients who need us to deal with a great variety of issues. This is not a position for someone who is stuck in a rut and enjoys a boring job. No day is the same in our team!
Recent work includes purchasing development sites; options and overage agreements; purchasing a hotel and the grant of high value leases; Landlord and Tenant Act renewals (both inside and outside the Act); multi-million pound disposals of multi-let buildings; complex agreements in the hospitality and leisure sector; auction sales; construction contracts; infrastructure agreements and preparation of sites for plot sale disposal.
We are a flexible firm and are happy to discuss part time or full-time hours.
We are based in MK1 (Close to Ikea) which has great access to the A5 and other main roads and easily commutable from Milton Keynes and surrounding towns and Villages as well as Aylesbury, Northampton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard and Bedford (Although we do have staff members who live much further away)
