Our Overflow Reception Service

With The Strategic Partner’s overflow reception service your firm will ensure that all calls are answered, no opportunity is missed and no customer is left unattended. This is a cost effective and simple solution that operates during your firm‘s core hours of business.

Regardless of the size of your firm our service can work as a complete outsource solution or be utilised as and when required. We will allocate you a unique phone number that all calls can be diverted to, whether it is your mainline or an individual’s direct dial. Our team will speak to the caller, take a message and email your dedicated contact for follow up action.

  2. Calls - All calls are answered in the name of your firm. When the call has been finished, should the caller wish to leave a message, we will send you an email – either direct to the person whom the call was intended or to a centralised email box. We will provide you with the detail of the call, and where a call back is needed, the caller’s details and preferred time for a return call.
  3. Recording - All conversations at The Strategic Partner are recorded should you need to access a call at any time.

The Cost

Our service is priced at a minimum monthly fee of £100 and thereafter at £30 per hour payable monthly in arrears. There is no set up fee or minimum term for the contract. At The Strategic Partner we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service and do not feel the need for our clients to enter minimum term contracts. This puts you in full control of the service so it can be used as and when you need it.

The Practicalities

To proceed with the service, you can either call us on 02078421830 or email us at info@thestrategicpartner.co.uk.

We will arrange a free set up call with you which will take no more than 15-30 minutes. In this we will agree the script to use when taking calls and confirm where we should email messages.

Once agreed we will provide you with out terms of business and the phone number to divert your phones to. All we then need is the email addresses for the firm to send the messages to or a centralised email address.
